Cybersecurity Educational Program for Teenagers with Ucom

The “Cybersecurity Educational Program for Teenagers” initiative is implemented with the support of Ucom and is designed for school students aged 14–17. The program aims to equip young people with fundamental cybersecurity knowledge and practical skills, helping them navigate the digital world safely and confidently.

Within the program, participants will explore key cybersecurity topics, learn about modern digital threats and protection mechanisms, and take part in a hands-on Mini-CTF competition.

The initiative is focused on advancing digital literacy, strengthening cybersecurity culture, and supporting technological education among young people in Armenia.

Accredited non-formal educational modular programs

Microsoft Innovation Center offers non-formal educational modular programs accredited by the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports. By participating in these courses, you can take advantage of the social expense reimbursement (income tax refund) program.

Cyber Hygiene for Kids

We are launching the Cyber Hygiene for Kids workshop, a hands-on digital safety program specifically designed for children aged 9-13 in Armenia. Addressing the critical gap where fewer than one in five children receive formal digital safety education before the age of 13, this 2-day workshop replaces passive lectures with interactive games and real-world scenarios. The curriculum focuses on teaching essential skills such as password security, phishing detection, and privacy management, ensuring participants leave as empowered and certified Cyber Heroes.

New Certification Course Launched: SEC-100 – Cybersecurity Essentials

Microsoft Innovation Center Armenia, in partnership with CyHub Armenia and as the official OffSec Learning partner in Armenia and Georgia, is pleased to announce the launch of the SEC-100: Cybersecurity Essentials certification course.

Developed by OffSec, this course provides a strong foundation in cybersecurity, covering essential offensive and defensive techniques, networking, scripting, operating system and application security, as well as core business-related skills.

Participants who complete the training and pass the proctored hands-on exam will earn the CyberCore Certified (OSCC SEC-100) credential- a valuable certification for those pursuing entry-level roles in the cybersecurity field.
